‚Closing Loops‘ is one of the biggest steps towards circularity in companies. Thus, how can this be achieved in reality? Circular Take Back Programs are a central building block for circular value chains. Especially within the consumer goods sector, brands need to find ways to engage customers in order to get back products and packaging for closed loops. In the Learning Lab, we’ll highlight how such programs can be designed for products as well as for packaging and discuss the potentials and challenges involved.
